Is SiPPO Friends free to use?
Yes. Core features like walk tracking, health management, and vet report PDF export are all free. Paid plans (from ¥280/month) are only needed for extra photo storage.
What is the "Litter Pickup Commitment"?
It's a pledge to pick up one piece of litter during your walk. By agreeing, the Standard plan (¥480/month) drops to the Green plan (¥280/month). It's completely voluntary.
What health records can I keep?
You can track weight, vaccinations, vet visits, medications, meals, and stool condition—all in one place. Everything is free with no limits on entries.
What is the Vet Report PDF?
It compiles your dog's health data into a PDF you can show your vet. It makes sharing information at appointments seamless. Also completely free.
How does QR dog card exchange work?
Display your dog's QR code in the app and scan each other's codes when you meet on a walk. Your dogs' profiles are saved as "SiPPO Friends" so you can stay connected.
Where do hazard reports go?
Reports appear on the in-app map and are shared with other users. Dog owners walking the same area can avoid dangers in advance. We're also exploring partnerships with local governments.
Is there a limit on how many dogs I can register?
The Free plan supports up to 2 dogs. Paid plans (Green / Standard) support up to 5 dogs.
Does GPS walk tracking drain battery?
We use power-efficient background GPS. For a typical walk (30 min to 1 hour), battery impact is minimal.
Can other dog owners see my personal information?
Only your dog's profile is visible. Your real name, address, and contact details are never shown to others.
Is it available on both iOS and Android?
Yes. We're developing for both iOS and Android. At launch, you'll be able to download from both the App Store and Google Play.
